Chief, Division of Hematology and Oncology The UC Davis School of Medicine seeks a distinguished, forward‑thinking, and collaborative physician leader to serve as the next Chief of the Division of Hematology and Oncology within the Department of Internal Medicine. The Chief will guide a specialized team of solid tumor medical oncologists and hematologists integrated with the NCI‑designated UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. Responsibilities: Lead clinical, research, and educational activities across the division. Shape and execute a strategic vision to expand research impact, grow clinical operations, and strengthen partnerships within the Cancer Center. Foster a collaborative environment that advances clinical excellence, scientific innovation, education, and faculty development. Collaborate closely with the Division of Malignant Hematology/Cellular Therapy and Transplantation. Qualifications: MD with board certification in medical oncology. Completion of ACGME‑accredited training. Demonstrated leadership in medical oncology in clinical and research realms. Achievement of associate professor or professor rank (or acceptable equivalent) at UC Davis School of Medicine. Compensation: Salary range $450,000 – $550,000, commensurate with candidate’s background, skills, and experience.
