Step into a high-energy ICU night shift where your skilled nursing care directly influences outcomes for critically ill patients and supports families through challenging moments. With at least two years of critical care experience and current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications, you'll confidently manage advanced life-support technologies and complex hemodynamics as part of a collaborative team. You'll join a modern unit that relies on a universal electronic charting system and provides private-room care for a spectrum of critical conditions, from sepsis to respiratory and neurological issues. Requirements:

• At least 1 year of critical care experience
• Must be competent with CRRT, IABP, Vents, post-code/therapeutic hypothermia
• Able to titrate all ICU vasoactive drips within ordered parameters
• Unexpired driver's license required for submission
• Must complete EPIC education before starting on the floor
