Cold Freight Services

Job Description

Cold Freight Services has been the trusted emergency courier for the refrigerated industry since 1994. When critical shipments can’t wait, our drivers deliver, day or night. We are looking for reliable, professional full-time drivers who are comfortable working in an on-call, demand-based environment.

Why Drivers Choose Cold Freight Services

Commercial Deliveries Only – No homes, no food delivery apps, no gig chaos
Home Most Nights – One overnight stay per week is typical, but varies based on demand
Modern Fleet – Late-model Ford Transit vans with refrigeration units
Fully Digital Operation – Driver app, GPS tracking, temperature monitoring, payroll & PTO systems
Toll Transponder Provided - Use the express lanes to avoid traffic
Real-World Benefits
- Deep discounts on FedEx shipping
- Practically free dry ice for personal use

What the Job Looks Like

Drivers are issued company branded t-shirts and will be required to wear neutral colored pants without logos.
All drivers will have a fuel card and a credit card for hotels, maintenance, and other approved charges

Pay & Benefits

Annual earnings range: $48,000 to $85,000 (based on amount of work you accept)
Paid by the mile, pound, stop, wait time, bonuses, and other situational items
Company pays for all fuel and hotels during routes, supplies all equipment to perform work
On-call schedule allows for some flexibility around your current commitments
