Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor for a toy distributor in Whitehouse, OH. As a Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and oversee a team of associates, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $25/h as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). 1st shift: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm. Overtime may be mandatory during the week and on Sundays.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

• Inventory maintenance and cycle counting.
• Develop and enforce SOPs.
• Lead, train, and manage staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate transportation, carriers, and shipping schedules
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• 2--4 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
