Family Medicine NP — Telehealth & Community Impact
Lone Star Circle of Care
Lone Star Circle of Care in Central Texas is seeking a board-certified APRN/Family Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. The role includes providing care in person and via telemedicine, developing patient-centered treatment plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure access to primary care for underserved populations. Texas license is required; expect to participate in after-hours on-call rotation 3–4 times a year as part of a full-time, mission-driven nonprofit. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lone Star Circle of Care
