What Youll Do

Generate new business through agency-provided leads and personal networking.

Build lasting relationships with clients by identifying their insurance needs.

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.

Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Farmers Insurance brand.

Qualifications

Required: Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Preferred: Life & Health Insurance License.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth agency.

Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of new business through community networking and professional referrals.

Explain complex insurance terminology in simple, understandable language for policyholders.

Review existing policies with clients to ensure their protection keeps pace with their life changes.

Manage incoming inquiries with a warm, helpful demeanor, ensuring every caller feels heard and valued.

Collaborate with the agency team to reach our shared goals for growth and community protection.

Active Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Active Georgia Life and Health insurance license.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and CRM platforms simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client interaction.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Capacity to obtain additional professional designations for career advancement.
