Our healthcare partner is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join their interdisciplinary therapy team and help patients achieve their maximum potential.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. You will work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, to restore function and help them live within their capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating individualized Plans of Care
• Administering physical therapy modalities and treatments
• Supervising and coordinating responsibilities assigned to support staff
• Ensuring accurate and timely patient charges
• Participating in infection control, equipment training, and safety programs
• Maintaining department cleanliness and safety
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Documenting patient care according to current standards and policies

Requirements for this role include:

• Current Illinois State Physical Therapy Licensure
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or accredited college/university with a certificate in Physical Therapy
• Experience in all aspects of physical therapy
• Current BCLS (CPR) certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Need 1 year experience in setting
