They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their busy and thriving practice in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is committed to advocating aggressively for injured clients. This Associate will manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, with a strong emphasis on case development, negotiation, and trial preparation. Duties & Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims. Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status and expectations. Pre-Litigation Responsibilities Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers. Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation. Work closely with case managers and support staff to ensure timely progression of files. Client Advocacy Provide compassionate, responsive representation to clients. Counsel clients on risks, settlement options, and litigation strategy. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. 1-5 years of personal injury experience preferred; trial experience is a plus. Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a high-volume docket efficiently. Demonstrated resilience, strong work ethic, and commitment to client advocacy.
