The role requires deep expertise across Azure platform services, integration and messaging technologies, security, DevOps, Power Platform, observability, data platforms, and enterprise application development. The architect will lead solution design, establish architectural standards, drive cloud modernization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing enterprise solutions.Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end cloud-native integration solutions using Microsoft Azure.Define scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available architectures.Create architecture documentation, technical specifications, Azure architecture diagrams, and C4 models.Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.Core Azure PlatformArchitect and implement solutions using:Azure Container AppsAzure App ServiceAzure FunctionsAzure Virtual MachinesDesign and manage Azure networking components including:Virtual Networks (VNets)Application practices for deployment automation, configuration management, and operational excellence.Security & IdentityImplement and manage:System-assigned Managed IdentityUser-assigned Managed IdentityDesign secure secret management solutions using Azure Key Vault.Implement network security controls using:Private LinkPrivate EndpointsManage identity and access using Azure App Registrations.Design authentication and authorization solutions leveraging OAuth flows.Ensure adherence to enterprise security and governance standards.Integration & MessagingDesign enterprise integration solutions using:Azure Service BusAzure Event GridAzure Event HubsBuild and govern APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).Design and implement workflow orchestration using Azure Logic Apps.Establish event-driven StudioEnable low-code application development while maintaining governance, security, and compliance standards.Observability & MonitoringImplement monitoring and observability solutions using:Application InsightsAzure MonitorLog AnalyticsUtilize KQL (Kusto Query Language) for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.Design alerting frameworks, dashboards, and operational reporting solutions.Drive proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planning.Data & DatabasesDesign and implement data solutions using:Azure SQLAzure Cosmos DBAzure Redis CacheEnsure scalable, secure, and high-performing database architectures.Application DevelopmentProvide architectural guidance for .NET-based enterprise applications.Leverage a minimum of 10 years of solid .NET development experience.Apply industry-standard .NET design patterns, frameworks, and libraries.Support application modernization and cloud-native development initiatives.Architecture & DeliveryProduce comprehensive technical documentation and solution artifacts.Create visual models and architecture diagrams using Lucidchart.Develop Azure architecture diagrams and communication materials.Utilize C4 modeling for architecture structuring and documentation.Collaborate effectively across engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams.Operate successfully in fast-paced and startup-like delivery environments.Support Agile delivery practices and project execution using Jira.Mentor technical teams and provide architecture leadership.Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of software engineering and .NET development experience.Extensive experience designing and delivering Azure-based integration and cloud solutions.Proven experience leading architecture and technical design initiatives within enterprise environments.Technical ExpertiseAzure Container Apps, App Service, Functions, and Virtual Machines.Azure Networking, including VNets, Application Gateway, Azure Front Door, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and Private Endpoints.Azure Storage services including Blob Storage, Azure Files, Table Storage, and Cosmos DB.Terraform and Azure DevOps.Managed Identities, Azure Key Vault, App Registrations, OAuth, Private Link, and Private Endpoints.Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure API Management, and Logic Apps.Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, KQL, alerting, and dashboards.Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Redis Cache.Strong .NET engineering expertise and knowledge of common design patterns and libraries.Architecture & LeadershipStrong technical documentation and communication skills.Experience with Lucidchart and C4 modeling.Expertise in Azure architecture diagramming and solution design.Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.Ability to drive architecture governance and mentor engineering teams.Preferred
