Registered Nurse

Novant Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Specialty Care ICU in Charlotte, NC. The RN delivers high-acuity bedside care, performs comprehensive assessments, administers medications, manages ventilators and critical infusions, and responds rapidly to changes in patient status. This role collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans. The RN educates patients and families, documents accurately in the EHR, supports quality and safety initiatives, mentors peers, and upholds Novant Health’s mission of patient-centered, culturally competent care.
