Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical First Assist (CSFA) to support endovascular leg vein procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidates must be flexible to work varying shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist during CVOR endovascular leg vein procedures with precision and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth intraoperative workflows.
• Follow strict adherence to hospital policies, including float responsibilities within the facility.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Provide coverage during scheduled shifts and be available for call as needed.
• Uphold patient safety standards and support overall clinical team efforts.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CSFA certification with at least 2 years of CVOR experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Possess BLS certification and be willing to obtain or maintain current credentials.
• Show clinical competence in vascular and endovascular procedures.
• Be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and call.
• Have no major infractions on background checks and adhere to travel compliance requirements.
