This position standardizes work process throughout region and coordinates team members to ensure all company and customer HSE requirements are being met. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, organized, and professional. CUSP, CHST and other safety certifications desired.• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team• Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs.This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.Expected Salary Range$145,000—$218,000 USDAA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
