Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread is a customer‑facing role focused on delivering warm hospitality, greeting guests, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth, greeting every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Prepare fresh salads, soups, sandwiches, and other menu items with accuracy and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas, staying on the move throughout the shift. Follow food safety standards and cleaning protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Adapt to daily priorities, changing orders, and work conditions with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up for the next shift. Excellent verbal communication skills in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety knowledge and willingness to complete required training (e.g., Food Handler’s Card).
