As a Cocktail Server, you’ll be part of a team that delivers fast, friendly, and professional beverage service—creating an experience that keeps guests coming back for more. What You’ll Do Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to all guests. Ensure initial drink delivery within five minutes—garnished and prepared exactly to recipe standards. Offer and deliver refills proactively, ensuring guests never have to ask twice. Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with care and professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area. Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold Cattlemens’ standards of four‑star hospitality. What We’re Looking For Friendly, attentive, and professional service attitude. Previous cocktail or restaurant serving experience preferred (but not required). Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure. Knowledge of basic beverage service and garnishing standards.
