Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Innovative Driven is seeking a Litigation Associate to join the team at a New Jersey-based boutique law firm client! This is an exciting opportunity for you to build long-term client relationships while sharpening your craft in a fast-paced litigation environment. LOCATION: Summit, NJ or Tinton Falls, NJ JOB TYPE: Full-Time; Hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs Conduct depositions and argue motions Assist with hearings, mediations, and trials Represent businesses and individuals in commercial and employment related litigation disputes Litigate restrictive covenant matters and intellectual property matters Handle disputes involving data breaches, privacy issues, and technology-related claims, as well as shareholder, member, and partnership conflicts

QUALIFICATIONS:

Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey A minimum of three years’ experience of litigation, preferably in commercial, employment, or complex business disputes Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and client communications Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Judicial clerkship experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Innovative Driven
