Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of large-scale commercial development projects across the United States and Canada. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized organization with an in-house construction team responsible for delivering complex, high-end facilities from the ground up through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing commercial construction projects, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to successfully deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans. Lead project teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and safety. Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments. Coordinate subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, and project buyout. Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate budget or schedule risks. Oversee quality control and ensure projects meet established standards. Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress with leadership and field teams. Mentor junior project engineers and project managers while supporting team development. Ensure all documentation, contracts, change orders, and project records are properly maintained. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing large ground-up and/or major renovation commercial projects. Strong understanding of preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Experience with AIA contracts, GMP delivery, and value engineering. Knowledge of construction scheduling software and project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
