Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group in the outpatient procedure setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process
- Collect relevant health data, assess findings, identify care needs, and develop a plan to achieve outcomes
- Implement and coordinate the plan across disciplines, promoting a safe and healing environment
- Supervise and delegate duties to appropriate nursing staff; communicate with the treatment team and patients’ families
- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient and family education to support ongoing care at home
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and documentation requirements; contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California required)
- Certifications: CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient procedure unit (perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy) and to function within a fast-paced clinical environment
- Willingness to work the listed shift pattern and meet unit coverage needs
