The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facility components to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports production by performing preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance issues as they arise.

Maintenance Technician Job Duties

• Perform repairs and maintenance on facility structures, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Pay

• Pay: $25-$35 DOE

Schedule

• Full-time- all shifts available
• Schedule and shift details provided during the interview process

Maintenance Technician Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or related environment
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours
