Competitive hourly pay Monthly leasing & renewal commissions Paid holidays Generous PTO (120 hours for years 0-4; 160 hours for 5+ years) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Stable company with opportunities for advancement What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and conduct apartment tours Complete lease agreements and collect required deposits Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases Maintain resident files and leasing documentation Prepare model homes and ensure vacant apartments are tour-ready Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns Perform daily property inspections Build relationships with local businesses and assist with marketing efforts Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, amenities, and community policies Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Sales and customer service experience is a plus Professional appearance and communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Entrata is preferred Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Available to work Saturdays If you're looking for a stable company, excellent earning potential through commissions, and opportunities to grow your career in property management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside-Properties,-In
