\nWe are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading teams and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts \n
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures \n
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly \n
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards \n
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance management \n
- Handle cash management, inventory, and basic reporting tasks \n
- Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry (supervisory experience is a plus) \n
- Strong leadership and team management skills \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment \n
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays \n
