Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assisting with access control practices, visitor interactions, and other security‑related duties aligned with site expectations. Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy concerns, while following post orders and Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a valid driver’s license for more than 1 year. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
