About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalable growth and data-driven decision-making, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to align financial goals with the organization's vision. Key duties include overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and M&A activities, developing and implementing robust financial systems and processes, and managing treasury functions to ensure financial stability. The CFO will also be involved in leading the monthly close process, producing financial statements, and developing comprehensive reporting packages to support strategic decision-making. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, experience in leading financial audits, and proven expertise in treasury and cash flow management. Experience with ERP implementation, financial systems integration, and a demonstrated ability to scale businesses through greenfield growth and M&A integration are also essential. Proficiency in financial modeling, KPI dashboard development, and operational fluency in construction or field services environments are preferred. The role demands a leader who can mentor and develop finance team members, establish performance standards, and ensure high levels of financial integrity and compliance.
