The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired Skills/Abilities & KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward and professional mannerSignificant time working retail store environmentProven ability to lead others and motivate them to succeed in a goal and incentive-based work environmentDetail oriented and a good problem solverHigh comfort level with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platformsKnowledge and ability to use computer and software applicationsAbility to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks/projects and handle change effectivelyWork scheduled overtime as neededRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalentRequired Related Work Experience2-3 years Sales/Customer Service experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience: 1+ year Management experience; 2-3 years Telecommunications/wireless experienceTech Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.Travel: Willingness to travel to other locations as business needs dictate.Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Sales Training: Certifications in sales training are a plus.
