This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, lifting, carrying, and organizing storage boxes, files, and materials weighing 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Record Center Specialists to support operations in a secure records-management warehouse. This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, lifting, carrying, and organizing storage boxes, files, and materials weighing 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and move boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
• Manually lift, carry, arrange, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes (24 lbs to 100+ lbs)
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Load, unload, and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts
• Use a proprietary computer system and handheld scanner to track and locate inventory
• Maintain accuracy when reading labels and processing incoming and outgoing orders

Requirements

• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs without assistance on a regular basis
• Comfortable working on ladders, uneven surfaces, stairs, and elevated areas
• Ability to read and write English and follow detailed instructions
• Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks, or warehouse equipment preferred
• Protective steel-toe boots required
