Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Based)We are seeking motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a full-time outside sales role focused on self-generated and company-supported roofing sales, with an emphasis on tile roofing experience. You will build relationships with homeowners, guide them through the insurance and roofing process, and ensure projects are completed to our client's high standards.Key Responsibilities:Generate your own roofing sales leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and community presenceWork company-provided leads when availableMeet with homeowners to assess roofing needs, explain roofing options (including tile roofing systems), and close contractsGuide homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicableTake and upload job-site photos using AccuLynx softwareMaintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with insurance adjusters, production teams, and internal staffOversee roofing projects to ensure quality workmanship and on-site safetyConduct final inspections and collect payments upon job completionCompensation:Commission-based position with uncapped earning potentialAverage annual earnings: $50,000 – $300,000+$4,000 Monthly Guaranteed DrawCompany vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop/iPad.Benefits & Perks:401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off and flexible schedulingEmployee discountsCompany-provided leads (supplemental to self-generated business)Schedule:Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Proven roofing sales experience requiredHands-on experience with tile roofing systems requiredDemonstrated ability to self-generate leads and close deals independentlyStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in the fieldReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseWhy Join Us?This is not an entry-level roofing sales role.
