As a Staff Veterinarian in our mission-driven nonprofit clinic, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that families with limited financial resources never have to choose between their budget and their pet’s health. Your work will have an immediate, meaningful impact—strengthening the human–animal bond and improving wellbeing across our community. Key Highlights Independently owned with three clinics across the Greater Charlotte area. Strong focus on community - financial assistance offered to any patient in need. 4-day workweek, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends or after-hours. Collaborative, well-staffed teams with a focus on patient care. Mentorship. DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US. North Carolina Veterinary Board State License (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Benefits Competitive earning potential.
