Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Unit

Our organization in San Antonio, TX, is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. This position involves delivering evidence-based nursing care to adult patients who require ongoing cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions effectively.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms accurately.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Engage in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Mentor and precept new staff members when necessary.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in telemetry nursing is preferred.
