With a schedule of 32.5 hours per week, you'll work closely with both students and colleagues, occasionally attending meetings before or after the regular school day as needed.Essential Qualifications:Active Arizona COTA license requiredPrevious experience in a school-based setting is highly desirableFlexibility to support varying start times (8:00am-3:00pm or 8:40am-3:40pm, based on school placement)Comfortable collaborating with Occupational Therapists and educational teamsAbility to be present for meetings before and after school hours when necessaryKey Responsibilities:Deliver direct therapy to students following OT treatment plansAssist the supervising OT in implementing interventions and collecting dataDocument student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirementsParticipate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and parent communication as neededAdapt quickly to changes in caseload or school environment, exemplifying reliability and professionalismThis contract runs from November through May 14th, providing valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative school setting.
