This is a strong opportunity to work in a mission-driven FQHC setting providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, primarily adults, with solid NP support and a manageable daily census. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan (primarily adults) Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Manage patient panels with a focus on continuity and preventative care Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners and clinical staff Utilize MediTech Expanse for documentation and care coordination Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records Support patient education and long-term health management Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain) BLS certification required DEA and CSR required EMR/Charting Software MediTech Expanse required Minimum 1 year of physician experience Additional Details Average daily census: 18–20 patients Support staff includes Nurse Practitioners Outpatient-only FQHC setting Mix of full-time and float coverage needed Apply Today If you are interested in a locum opportunity with the potential to convert into a permanent role, apply today to learn more.
