This role involves both clinical and hospitalist support, patient education, and administrative duties. It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Digestive Health practice.**Responsibilities*** Conduct physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories* Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging, endoscopies)* Prescribe medications* Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed* Maintain accurate and timely medical records* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care* Participate in quality improvement initiatives**Requirements*** WA State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license* WA DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required* BLS for Healthcare providers – certification by AHA required* Digestive Health Experience Preferred**About Deaconess Hospital** Founded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $159,000.00 - $171,200.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
