Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a respected law firm to find an Estates & Trusts Attorney to join its growing team!

The ideal candidate will have experience handling estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters. This is an opportunity to work closely with clients and attorneys while providing thoughtful legal guidance and developing long-term professional relationships.

• Prepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset distribution.
• Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial professionals, and other parties.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• Experience in estates, trusts, estate planning, or probate law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently.
