An established and growing mechanical engineering and building services contractor is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its Design & Build team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects, developing innovative mechanical solutions tailored to client requirements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business development and project teams to develop fully engineered mechanical solutions. Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and understand client needs. Design and develop customized mechanical systems and solutions. Prepare and present engineering recommendations and design proposals. Provide technical guidance and support to project management and field teams throughout project delivery. Ensure designs meet applicable standards, codes, and client specifications. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) industry. Experience performing heating and cooling load calculations. Proficiency with CAD and drafting software. Experience working on healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial projects is desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
