Project Manager / Project Engineer

Structural EngineerMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).Passed or working towards passing Fundamentals Exam (FE) through NCEES.General knowledge of residential structural systems and construction methods.Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Technical Design & Documentation:Develop structural designs and prepare construction documents (roof, floor, foundation plans).Prepare structural details and specifications.Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.Additional areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to are structural calculations, shop drawing reviews, field repairs, permit and plan review responsibilities.Project Coordination:Manage multiple concurrent projects.Maintain schedules and meet production deadlines.Maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.Client & Team Coordination:Collaborate with other Engineers, Project Managers, Structural Drafters, and the Architecture Department as needed on shared client/project work.Maintain timely and professional communication throughout all project phases.
