Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations, incorporating both evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches.

  • Provide crisis intervention and short-term individual counseling focused on addressing immediate emotional distress, with the aim of stabilizing and empowering patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Our patients come from a wide range of backgrounds, and many require culturally sensitive approaches to therapy. Your role in understanding their unique experiences and providing personalized care will be crucial in facilitating their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist is required.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential; preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s or doctoral degree in one of these disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
