As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Job Description:

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Wilmington, NC Area

Settings:

• Schools: Elementary, Middle and High School populations. 2026/2027 school year (starts in August. Ideal candidate would return to the schools each school year)

• Outpatient Pediatrics: work with OTs and PTs in a play-based outpatient setting.

Full Time Hours (guaranteed hours and includes paid documentation and travel time)

​Estimated Salary: $80,000-$85,000 + Mileage

Position Qualifications:  

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.

• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
