Estimator (Commercial Roofing)

Salary range for this position: $70,000-$90,000. Candidates based outside of the US will not be considered. This position may be either a full‑time in‑office or a full‑time remote role (M‑F 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The first week of employment will be in the office for training, then transition to either staying in the office or being fully remote. The Estimator role can be primarily remote, but we prefer candidates based in Georgia for occasional in‑person collaboration or office visits. Role Experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator with prior experience bidding Data Center projects, to join our Sales and Estimating team. The position requires professionalism, ability to manage several deadlines at once, and organizational skills for a high‑pressure environment. The IDEAL candidate will provide a white‑glove experience to our clients throughout the entire process and submit bids/proposals in a timely fashion. Duties and Responsibilities Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments. Perform on‑site and virtual take‑offs. Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners. Create estimates and proposals. Review and manage plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work, including multiple rounds during the bidding process. Create project handoff documents. Participate in project handoff and project budget process. Education and Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in construction as an estimator or project manager. Prior experience bidding on data center projects. Knowledge of the mission‑critical sector is a plus. High school diploma required; bachelor’s in construction management or related field preferred. Familiarity with computer take‑off software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Edge, Stack, etc.). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure bids and proposals are submitted by deadline. Benefits Weekly paychecks.
