Who You Are You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior team member What You Will Be Doing You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. Hold procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders (PO) within established authority. Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements (SOW), and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity. AeroSCM Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Basic Qualifications Experience or education in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer Experience analyzing bids/proposals and selecting sources Experience managing schedule, cost, and performance Experience with Microsoft suite of management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc...) Desired Skills Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion of those items Experience in SAP or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities Works independently and in a collaborative team-based environment Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
