We are seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA for a 13-week travel assignment in Gillette, WY . This opportunity is with a post-acute LTC/SNF facility seeking a strong caregiver who is comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and providing attentive, resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Take and document vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support quality patient care
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility guidelines and policies
• Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and comfort

Requirements

• Active CNA certification/license required for submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• LTC/SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset

Additional Information

• Orientation: 8 hours
• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours per 13-week contract
