Imaging Specialist

Company Description Records Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is a recognized leader in management consulting and specialized services for local government entities, including municipalities, counties, school districts, higher education institutions, and other public bodies. The company provides fixed asset inventory management, historical cost research for GASB #34 reporting, infrastructure valuations, and property appraisals for insurance purposes. RCI is also a leading provider of records retention processing to help clients comply with state and local regulations, including requirements from The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC). Its records management services include document imaging, content management software, and secure document destruction/shredding. RCI completes hundreds of projects each year and maintains long-term client relationships by delivering turnkey services with strong attention to detail, quality, and client support. Role Description The Document Imaging Specialist performs all production related tasks associated with the document imaging process. The primary functions include actions to prep, scan, index, and monitor quality control of all imaged documents. This position operates in a team environment with shared responsibilities on a quality focused, fast-paced production line.
