The Role As an Apella IT Specialist, you’ll serve in a key technological support role for the firm working on the helpdesk to troubleshoot technical problems across our offices and remote employee locations. This is a front-line role providing expedient expertise to a wide audience of end users and systems. This is both a technical position and customer service role as the right person will understand the technical process issues to troubleshoot and possess a superior service mentality to ensure our employees receive superior helpdesk interactions. Where you’ll work This role will be located on our Bellevue, WA - based team and be expected to be available for in-office daily meetings with some remote work flexibility as determined by your specific team leadership.
