Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role involves direct engagement with patients, where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a variety of patient groups.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Support initiatives aimed at improving quality and safety in patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse licensure.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
