Your scope includes: Serve as the primary HR leader for the Eau Claire Mill and trusted advisor to plant leadership. Partner with operations leaders to align people strategies, lead engagement efforts and culture building initiatives that support business objectives. Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs. Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in a unionized manufacturing setting. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. Support labor relations activities, including contract administration, grievance management, and partnership with union representatives. Lead and develop a team of 4-5 HR professionals. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous development within the HR team. What You Bring You're a natural fit for Senior HR Managerif you have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Demonstrated HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environment. Experience supporting large employee populations in a fast-paced operation. Proven experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals. Strong employee and labor relations experience. Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles. Strong MS365, HRIS and payroll systems experience.
