What Youll Do

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care and treatments
• Safely restrain animals for examinations and procedures
• Prepare exam rooms surgical suites and treatment areas
• Collect patient histories and assist with client communication
• Perform laboratory sample collection and processing as directed
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Clean disinfect and maintain hospital equipment and work areas
• Support the team in delivering compassionate efficient patient care

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant
• Knowledge of animal handling and basic veterinary procedures

What Youll Bring to the Team

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills ranging from laboratory and pharmacy to nursing and radiology is a strong asset.
