Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide resident care and support in activities of daily living, ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of all residents. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration

• Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers

• Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers

• Monitor resident stability (vital signs, weight, intake/output) and report changes

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Document care using required forms, logs, and reports

• Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA

• Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations

• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per Illinois state requirements

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Current CPR certification required

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

• Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication

• Moderate noise level in the work environment

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $18.50/hr

• Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $20.00/hr

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $20.50/hr
