Inpatient Occupational Therapist - Day Shift Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 5x8 Days (08:00 - 17:00), 40 hours weekly. Must be willing to work weekends. Job Description Seeking an experienced Inpatient Occupational Therapist with a background in acute care and orthopedic therapy. The ideal candidate will provide care to patients on the day of surgery and may have experience in ICU settings. This position requires a commitment to serving patients with a range of orthopedic diagnoses. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions and engage in patient education. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings. BLS Certification required. NBCOT Certification required. Experience with inpatient orthopedic cases and seeing patients post-surgery. Active Compact License must be in hand at submission. Why ARMStaffing?
