Machine Setup Technician / Adjuster
- Butler, WI
- $22-$26+/hour Based on Experience

We're looking for a Machine Adjuster to join our manufacturing team in Erlanger, KY. In this role, you'll set up, adjust, and optimize envelope manufacturing equipment while playing a critical role in quality, efficiency, and production success.
What You'll Do
- Set up and adjust envelope manufacturing equipment for production runs.
- Perform job changeovers, tooling changes, and machine setups.
- Troubleshoot and correct issues such as jams, misfeeds, folding defects, and glue inconsistencies.
- Fine-tune machine settings to maintain quality and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct routine cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Manufacturing, printing, converting, paper-processing, or machine setup experience preferred.
- Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
