We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers, handling transactions, promoting products or services, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Assist customers in English and Spanish

3. Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately

4. Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions

5. Recommend products or services based on customer needs

6. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area

7. Restock merchandise and monitor inventory as needed

8. Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism

9. Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines

10. Support the team with daily store operations

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

• Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system

• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic store duties
