Warehouse Employee - 1st ShiftWe are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Employees to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center, which serves both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-dealers channels. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers and dealers.Here at BRP, we're creating new ways to get people moving forward, where their experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. Want to bring your true self on this adventure?You'll have the opportunity to:Regularly operate a forklift and/or order picker as part of daily production (training provided)Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly labeled and packaged securely. Light assembly of products or components using manual labor or small machinery.Ensure all received merchandise is properly recorded and stored in the warehouse.Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-retail orders.Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are loaded securely and safely for transportation.Work closely with other warehouse team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.You'll thrive in this role if you have the following skills, experience and competencies:Required:High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able and willing to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment - these tasks are a regular part of daily duties.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.Regular and reliable attendance.Ability to work overtime based on business needs.Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite full-time in the Beloit, WI site.Preferred:Previous experience in warehouse operationsPreviously worked at BRPExperience using WMS, ERP or similar systemsAdditional details:Sponsorship now or in the future is not provided for this role.Relocation support is not provided for this position.
