This position plays a key role in ensuring that all repaired components meet rigorous FAA, customer, and internal quality standards.If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in quality assurance within the aerospace or manufacturing industry, we invite you to bring your expertise to an organization that values precision, innovation, and excellence in aviation support.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform receiving, in-process, final, and return-to-service inspections of structural componentsInspect repaired and overhauled nacelles, thrust reversers, flight control surfaces, and radomes for compliance with approved technical data and customer requirementsVerify workmanship, measurements, repair documentation, and work orders for accuracy and completenessEnsure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, and company proceduresSupport radome inspection and transmissivity testing to ensure compliance with performance requirementsIdentify, document, and report nonconformities, discrepancies, and quality concernsThe Quality Control Inspector will work closely with technicians, engineers, and supervisorsSkills/Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of experience as an inspector requiredAirframe or powerplant license preferred, but not requiredMust be able to understand, read and write in EnglishMust be familiar with all inspection methods, techniques and equipment used in their area of responsibility to determine the quality of airworthiness on articles undergoing maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterationMust be proficient in the use of the various types of inspection aids used for inspection in their area of responsibilityMust be able to verify that the specifications, manuals and other data used during inspection procedures are current and approved for use by HEICOMust be able to read and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals to follow manufacturer's instructionsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Frequently required to sit or stand for long periods of time.Must be proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to work in a shop environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to mechanical equipmentThis is a great position for someone who loves challenges, a chance to learn an exciting business, and looking for an opportunity to grow within a successful companyHEICO Corporation offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits:Health, Vision, & Dental insurance401(k) with company matchDisability & Life insuranceFlexible spending accountsPaid time off and paid holidaysInterested candidates may apply online or receive assistance in person at 7875 NW 64th Street Miami, FL 33166.
