Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Hankinson, ND
Join HMD Trucking as an OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver in Hankinson, ND. We provide exceptional mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of about 5,000 miles. Drivers can earn bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Newer trucks (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Opportunity to be home every three weeks.

Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- A strong focus on safety and reliability.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
